Description
NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District plans to enter into a Remedial Action Contract using an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ). This contract will utilize both Cost Reimbursement and Firm-Fixed Price task orders for construction and service activities at hazardous, toxic and radioactive locations with (HTRW) projects at various military and non-military locations within the North Atlantic Division mission area. The principal purpose of the IDIQ is remedial action, h owever it may require short-term operation and maintenance of government owned/controlled facilities. The maximum amount of this contract will not exceed $60 million over a five-year period (base period one year with four option periods). The NAICS code f or this Procurement is 562910, with a Size Standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is issued on a unrestricted basis. The estimated issue date for this request for proposal is on or about 14 January 2004. Prospective contractors and subcontractors are required to self-register their firm or office on the Internet to receive the solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the Internet at http://www.nae.usace.army.mil as well as the media by which the solicitation will be made available. Amendments, if any, to this solicitation will be made available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor fax requests will be accepted. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. All re sponsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the New England District.
