- NA 1.THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1,Only One Source or Only a Limited N umber of Responsible Source, anticipated award will be on a sole source basis to Unholtz-Dickie Corp., 6 Brookside Drive, Wallingford, CT 06492. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. G044TA02KN is being issued as a request for quote. CLIN 0001 will be issued for one (1) Lot High Performance Vibration Test System consisting of: One (1) Unholtz-Dickie model T4000-43 Vibration Exciter and Heat Exchanger. One (1) each In-field Modification to existing 2XSA120 Power Amplifier to drive previous item. Two (2) days of One-Day On Site Checkout. One (1) Shipping Charge. One (1)1XSA120 Power Amplifier Expansion. One (1) Extra Heavy Duty , Massive Pedestal Base for Vibration Exciter and Heat Exchanger. The requested delivery date shall be June 30, 2004. Inspection/Acceptance/FOB will be destination. The place of delivery is RASA Central Receiving, Building 8022, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense F ederal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ?????? Commercial, Clause 52.212-3, Offer Representations and Certifications ?????? Commercial Items, Clause 52 .212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ?????? Commercial Items, and Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ??????
