Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Install Crush & Rum Parking Lot, Lighting and Fence, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations req uired in connection to Install Crush & Run Parking Lot, Lighting and Fence, Fort Stewart, Georgia and includes the following: (1) Demo approximately 555 LF of existing fence; (2) Backfill all post holes from fence demo area; (3) Install 905 new LF of FE-7 (7 foot fabric w/3 strands of barbwire.) chain length fence to create a three-side enclosure around clamshell buildings, including two 24 foot openings, 12 foot double swing gates; (4) Cut and fill area (level) approximately 638 X 65 feet to assure prope r drainage and compaction of crush and run parking lot; (5) install 5 35 foot class 3 poles; install a bare # 4 copper ground wire on each pole and butt wrap bottom of pole; (6) new pole shall be guyed; (7) install 7,400 watt, 120/240 volt. H.P.S. roadway lights with photocell on 6 foot galvanized arms; and (8) install approximately 1,200 feet of # 6 aluminum triplex, supported by neutral spools. SIC Code is 1542, NAICS Code is 236220 and the Size Standard is $12,500,000.00. performance is 30 calendar days . Project is UNRESTRICTED. Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
