- Description
- The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS)intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Brogran and Partners Advertising Consultancy d/b/a Brogan and Partners Convergence Marketing, Inc. to provide invoicing instructions, payment, reimbursement, and all other forms of compensation for the copy editors and proof readers. The copyeditors and proofreaders will edit scientific journal articles for content, grammar, English usage, and journal style. It is anticipated that approximately 1200 manuscript pages will be copyedited and 2600 journal pages proofed annually and approximately 210 news stories will need to be written. The NIEHS will establish an annual ceiling of the estimated cost for this requirement. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing invoicing instructions, payment, reimbursement, and all other forms of compensation for the copyeditors and proof readers. The anticipated period of performance shall be for a period of three years and three months which shall begin on March 1, 2004 and continue until June 30, 2007. See Note 22*****
