- Description
- Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire a maintenance agreement for ACES software on a sole source basis from Caminus Corporation, 825 Third Avenue, New York, NY 10022. This notice is pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. Caminus is the publisher of ACES software. This is a follow-on to the initial software purchase. Maintenance support is only available from the publisher. This is not a solicitation for quotes. The anticipated award date is 12/19/2003. However, interested parties having all the capabilities to provide the services described above may e-mail capability statements by 12/18/03 to: hendree@wapa.gov
