- Environmental Support Services for the National Forests of North Carolina. An Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be issued for a basic period (date of award through 31 Jan 2005) with two renewal options of one year each at the government?s option. The government anticipates the award of multiple contracts. Projects will be issued to the contractors by competitive negotiated firm-fixed price delivery orders as the need arises during the contract period. The maximum delivery order amount is $125,000. The minimum delivery order amount is $5,000. Cumulative amounts of all delivery orders issued shall not exceed $150,000 per contract year. Total Contract award including the basic and all option periods shall not exceed $450,000. Work under this contract will be performed throughout the National Forests of South Carolina. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: national Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Projects, Landscape Analysis, Public Involvement, Watershed Assessments, Writing and Editing, Natural Resource Studies, Geographical Information System, Timber Management and Engineering Surveys/Assessments/Analyses. Request for Proposal shall be available on 30 Dec 2004 and can be downloaded at www.fedbizops.gov.
