- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as request for proposal No. HC1019-04-Q-0001. The Government requires Computer Enclosure Cabinets. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-18, 12/11/03. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 337124, size 500 employees. ITEM DESCRIPTION The following specifications apply: (2) Computer enclosures each with the following dimensions: 84?H x 24?W x 34.5?D Units must be fully enclosed. Transparent doors (plexi-glass), (Left hinged) and solid sides to cut down on noise. 84" x 24" Steel service door w/vents (right hinged). Each unit should be equipped with casters for mobility, internal power strips to accommodate a minimum of eight separate units, a fan system to vent heat, a standard rack mount inside ? 28?Deep, (1) roll out shelf 28?Deep, (3) fixed shelves 28?Deep. Quote should include installation and delivery charges.
