Description: The United States Marshals Service intends to issue a contract to Spectrum Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services, will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for SCO Advance File and Print Server license packs for legacy systems under the SCO Software Enhancement Service (SES). SCO SES is a subscription service that provides ongoing software platform maintenance and upgrades. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document.
