- Licensed psychiatric services to be provided at the Federal Correctional Institution Waseca, Minnesota. The solicitation will be available on or after 07/24/2003, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.
