- Refresh #6 to Solicitation FCXB-B2-990001-N will be posted December 31, 2003. However, Refresh #6, which includes all three amendments posted for Refresh #5 and some updated clauses, will be posted under a new solicitation number. The solicitation number is being changed from FCXB-B2-990001-N to FCXB-B2-990001-B. Additionally, the title of this acquisition is being changed from ?R?Professional Engineering Services? to ?R-Multiple Award Schedule 871, Professional Engineering Services.? GSA will continue to accept proposals submitted under Refresh #5 until January 31, 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-DEC-2003).
