- This is a modification to synopsitation FA8601-04-T-0003. The processing of the Bids has put delayed until 8 Jan 2004. THIS MODIFICATION TO SYNOPSITATION FA8601-04-T-0003 REPLACES THE SYNOPSITATION PUBLISHED 10/31/2003 IN TOTAL. THIS SYNOPSITATION COMPLETELY REPLACES THE ITEM DESCRIPTION AND EXTENDS THE RESPONSE DATE. AGAIN, THE FOLLOWING SYNOPSITATION REPLACES THE PREVIOUSLY PUBLISHED REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation FA8601-04-T-0003, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 5072 and the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 423710. The small business size standard is 500 employees.
