PR NO: LTC03318015696 this solicitation is for an IQC Base plus 4 Option years. Origin Inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued Other than full and open competition procedures. There is a surge requirement for this NSN. The NSN is as follows 5342-00-109-9038, 110 day?s delivery. FOB Destination. Specifications or plans related to the procurement described are not available at DSCR. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
