- This is a modifiaction. The Issue Date has been changed to December 12, 2003 and the Closing Date has been changed to January 12, 2004. The item is in accordance with Lockheed Aeromautical Systems drawing 697712 Rev E dated 06/12/85. PR #: LTC03294015224, NSN 6680-01-148-5823, Transmitter, Liquid Quantity, RFP #: SP0440-04-R-1157. Contracting Officer: Jan H. Matthews/804-279-5893. Issue Date: December 09, 2003, Closing Date: January 08, 2004. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 103 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 116 each. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 106 days ARO. Subject item is sole source to Simmonds Precision Products, inc., CAGE 89305, part number 20032-0000-0102. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
