- MODIFICATION TO RFP 1803 " A "Mid Tower" case should have been specified to accommodate the requested, "P4P800", motherboard" Subj: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) NO. 18-03 ADP Equipment. Encl: (1) Request for Proposal and Submission Instructions (2) ADP Equipment list and Pricing Format. Dear Sirs: Your company is hereby invited to submit a price proposal for the enclosed list of ADP Equipment, for the Headquarters, Supreme Allied Command Transformation (HQ SACT). Initial estimated quantity as detailed on Enc 2 however, subject to funding may increase to 300 each. Proposals will be received until 4 o?clock p.m. Monday, December 15, 2003. Proposals received after that time cannot be considered. Your attention is drawn to Enclosure (1) and Enclosure (2) (Enclosure 2 specifies the nature of the Technical specification and Price Format). HQ SACT reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal, partially or in its entirety, at any time. In such an event, no claims for proposal preparation and related costs will be considered.
