- NA This is request for Quotations (RFQ) for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Quotation W91QF4-04-Q-0003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Fede ral Acquisition Circular 97-19. The North American Industry Classification System code is 454312 and the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 5984. The Government contemplates awarding a firm fixed unit price Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). O nly one award will be made as a result of this Quotation. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small business. Women-owned, Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOB), HUB Zone and 8(a) businesses are encouraged to participate. The Governme nt intends to issue Quotation W91QF4-04-Q-0003 no later than 16 Dec 03 via FedBizOpps. Quotation close date is 30 Dec 03. The Agreement period shall be from 01 Jan 04 or date of agreement award, whichever is later, through 31 Dec 04, with two option years . The following is required bids submitted for less than the estimated quantity will be rejected. Odorized bulk propane to be delivered to various sites at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, FOB Destination. Estimated total number of gallons per year is 11,000. W eekly and emergency delivery will be required. Payment will be made by Government Bankcard and Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor??????s Registration (www.ccr.gov) database.
