- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial towels/laundry service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-04-T-0009. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-17 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20031114. This acquisition is an Unrestricted. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812320, Small Business size standard is $12.0M. This acquisition is for Laundry Service, CLIN 0001, Nine (9) Months, Non-Personnel Service: The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Tools, Equipment, Materials, and Transportation Necessary to Perform the Following Service: The Contractor Shall Provide All Towels and Laundry Service for Approximately 3000 Customers Daily for Building 2200 & 7210 (Rosburg & Sports Center). With a Minimum Delivery and Pick-up, Of Three (3) Times a Week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Period of Performance is 1 January 2004 through 31 December 2004. The Contractor shall perform all work in accordance with attachment one (1) Statement Of Work Date 1 December 2003, CLIN 0002, 360 Estimate Replacement Towels.
