- Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning, The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to provide kitchen exhaust cleaning services at Barksdale AFB LA. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for very small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA Small-Business Administration District. If there are no offers received from a very small business concern, this acquisition will then be 100% set aside for a small business concern. If there are no offers received from a small business concern, this acquisition for small business set aside may be dissolved and the acquisition will be open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set aside is dissolved for (1) 100% small business consideration or (2) Full and open competition important notice: You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the (CCR) Central Contractor Registration Database.
