- Description
- Amendment to previous announcement of Solicitation Number 273-03-P-0012 dated July 30, 2003. This notice is being amended to change solicitation number from 273-03-P-0012 to 273-04-P-0002. The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) in Research Triangle Park, N.C., has a requirement for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Architect/Engineering Services. Services shall be required in all the professional disciplines including mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering, and architectural, landscape architectural and interior design specialists as required by the NIEHS in support of a biomedical research and support facilities environment. Not all disciplines will be required for each project. Additional consulting specialists not named above may be required and, if needed, will be indicated in the individual projects or task orders. The work shall include project surveys, studies, designs including working drawings and specifications, cost estimates, and post-design services and other related documents. The term of service will be for a period of one year with four optional renewal periods of one-year duration each. The selected firm shall have an office site within a one-hour driving time from NIEHS. The selected firm shall have all the necessary licenses and certifications as required by the State of North Carolina to provide professional engineering facilities design services. Each design discipline shall be supervised by a licensed professional engineer/architect registered in the respective discipline. Interested parties will be required to submit completed Standard Forms 254 and 255, and other relevant data supporting your firm?s capabilities. Standard Form 254 will also be required for any consultant firm(s) proposed. Specifics of this requirement will be detailed in the solicitation. Solicitation #273-04-P-0002 will be issued on or about 5 calendar days after publication of this notice with the closing date 30 calendar days after the issue date.
