Description

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a purchase order to All Systems, Inc. located in Cumming, GA. The purchase order is for the purpose of providing maintenance on the air conditioners (total 42 units) at local CDC leased facilities (a list of model numbers and locations will be attached). The following functions will be performed: check air temperature drop across evaporator, check all adequate refrigerant, check and charge leaks, check belt and adjust tension, lubricate all moving parts, check and replace filters, and check pressure switch cut-off settings. This maintenance is needed to ensure that the temperature at these facilities is regulated. Firms that believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the publication date of this synopsis. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
