- This is an announcement of an A-76 final decision made as a result of the completed A-76 Study for Soil Conservation Technical Services in LBU 2 in the State of Georgia where no technically acceptable offers were received. As a result of the study, the solicitation was canceled and NRCS has determined that performance of these functions shall remain in-house.
