- PR No: LTC03338016654; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Shroud, Upper Alternator for the C-5 aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There are six approved sources of supply, Lockheed Martin Corp (Cage 98897), CPI Aerospace (Cage 9U679), Precision Mfg (Cage 92037), L & S Machine Co (Cage 34336), Aero Components Co (Cage 59213) and Aero Engineering (Cage 17772). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 1560-00-860-4377; P/N 4P42021-113B REV ?D?; AEQ = 20 Base Year, 20 per Option Year; and Maximum Qty = 40 Base Year and 40 each for all Option Years. Delivery: FOB Origin, 220 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 08 Jan 04. The anticipated award date is 08 Mar 04. Reference notes 1, 23 and 26.
