Description: The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award on a sole source basis with Spectra Logic Inc., a maintenance service agreement. The IRS previously purchased Spectra Logic Inc., Tape Libraries in 2003 and thus, maintenance is required on an annual basis. No award will ba made on the basis of any quotations/proposals or other information received in response to this notice as this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
