- Description
- The Materiel Systems Group, Enterprise Solutions Directorate, e-Business Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH intends to negotiate a contract for the acquisition of a ?proof-of-concept? capability to enable internet web-access to Comprehensive Costs and Requirements (CcaR) applications/servers utilizing the government furnished Tarantella Enterprise 3 EX Version 3.3 from the following current and future operating sites: the three AFMC product centers (ASC, ESC, and SMC) and 15 area/bases (Oklahoma City, Peterson AFB, Ogden, Warner Robins AFB, Vandenberg AFB, Cape Canaveral AFS, Gunter AFB, San Antonio, Langley, Washington DC, Eglin AFB, Edwards AFB, Arnold Engineering Development Center in Tennessee, Silver Springs, Scott AFB, and San Diego). This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns only. The NAIC code for this acquisition is 541512. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4. Required Central Contractor Registration - Contractor must have current registration in CCR prior to award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor is required to submit a Statement of Work (SOW) and price proposal in accordance with the Specific Tasks listed in the Statement of Objectives (SOO). The contractor shall submit a DD Form 1423, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for each required deliverable listed in SOO paragraph 5.2.
