Description: The United States Air Force intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Northrop Grumman to provide 1 (one) Each, B-2 Beaded Panel Repair Kit, to Whiteman AFB, Missouri. Award will be made in the form of a purchase order. The only known source capable of providing this requirement is Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation will close on 10 December 2003. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures.
