Description

Barksdale AFB, LA requires a non-personal service contract to provide all labor and equipment necessary to grind logs into chips and remove chips. Details outlined in statement of work to be done. The standard Industry Code (SIC) is 2411 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 113310. This solicitation is a 100% Set-Aside for Very Small Business Concerns, Small Business Administration District is headquartered in the New Orleans, LA. (Definition: In accordance with FAR Part 19.904, offer may not have more than 15 employees and may not have an average annual receipt that exceeds $1 million. Offerors must identify themselves as being a Very Small Business. If there is no offer received from a Very Small Business Concern, this acquisition is then 100% Set-Aside for a Small Business Concern. If there is no offer received from a Small Business Concern, this acquisition for Small Business Set-Aside may be dissolved and the acquisition opened to all responsive bidders. NOTE: THIS ACQUISTION WILL NOT BE REPOSTED IF SET-ASIDE IS DISSOLVED FOR (1) 100% SMALL BUSINESS CONSIDERATION OR (2) FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Date for receipt of quotes is 11 Dec 2003. Only one award will be made.
