- Description
- South Texas Veterans Health Care System anticipates awarding an all inclusive contract for Sleep Study Service for the beneficiaries of the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, San Antonio, TX. Contractor facility for sleep studies must be located within close proximity to the San Antonio Medical Center area and be located on a San Antonio public transportation route. The contract award will include a base year period of 12 months from date of award with two one-year options for renewal, pending availability of funds. The NAICS Code is 621999 with size standard 8.5 million. This is set-aside for small business. Quotes are due in no later than 5:00 pm CST on December 16, 2003. The government intends to make a single award however, reserves the right to make a multiple award. Upon award contractor will be required to complete a Business Associate Agreement in accordance with HIPAA requirements, a sample is provided for review purposes. This solicitation and any amendments issued will be available for download at this URL.
