- Description
- Contractor to provide mammography and other specified diagnostic services for breast care. Services are for male and female beneficiaries of the VA Outpatient Clinic in Lufkin, Texas. Contractor must be accredited by the American College of Radiology for a minimum of three years. Base period of the contract is February 1, 2004 ? January 31, 2005, and will include two 1 year options. NAICS 621999 with size standard of $8.5 million applies to this non-restricted competitive solicitation. The solicitation will be available for download on/about December 9, 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
