- SOLICITATION NO. R1-16-03-400, NINEMILE WATERLINE, is amended as follows: The site visit scheduled for August 14, 2003 was canceled. The bid opening date of August 28, 2003 is canceled and postponed indefinitely. The above site visit date and bid opening date have been canceled/postponed because of the magnitute of the on-going wildfires on the Lolo National Forest. Both the site visit and bid opening dates will be rescheduled after the on-going fire activity subsides. The new dates will be established in another amendment to the solicitation to be issued sometime in mid-September 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-JUL-2003). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 01-DEC-2003.
