Description

This is an announcement for an Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-76 Streamlined Competition at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This Streamlined competition is being conducted in accordance with the procedures of the Revised OMB Circular A-76, dated May 29, 2003. This competition is for property management support which includes property inventory, records maintenance, excess property disposal and fleet management support located in EPA's Region 3 facility located at 1650 Arch Street, Philadephia, PA 19103. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 1 Full Time Equivalent (FTE). We do not intend to issue a solicitation. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Morris X. Winn. The Contracting Officer (CO) is Jill Robbins. The Agency Tender Official (ATO) is Joseph Smith. The projected end date is December 30, 2003.
