- The Pre-Solicitation Notice issued on September 23, 2003 and as modified on October 22, 2003 is modified as follows: The Request for Propsals (RFP) will be posted on the website http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about December 9, 2003 with propsals due on or about January 9, 2003. A site visit has been tentatively scheduled for December 17, 2003 with RSVP's due by December 12, 2003. All of this information will be covered in the forward to the RFP. Any changes to the requirement or due dates will continue to be announced through FedBizOpps.
