PRON: AX4Q0059AX, NSN: 2945-01-488-6577, PN: 101410-101, Quantity: 100 each with Two 100% Options, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-500 and New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 . This item is restricted to WESTAR CO RP, Cage Code 0GCA0, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the materi al for a competitive solicitation. Production Lead-time is 100 each, 135 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in or der to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, s olicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All of ferors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
