- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. FA4621-04-Q-0018 is being issued as a Request for Quotation, which incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. This acquisition is reserved for small businesses. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336112 size standard 100 employees. McConnell AFB, KS plans to acquire the following items: CUSHMAN WHITE TRUCK 49 HP GAS, 24 MPH MAX, 4-WHEEL, 2 PASSENGER, 2100LBS 4-WHEEL BRAKES, STANDARD 3-SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION, ELECTRONIC IGNITION, FRONT BUMPER, HALOGEN HEADLIGHTS, STOPLIGHTS, TAILLIGHTS, DOME LIGHT, SELF-CANCELLING TURN SIGNALS OVERALL LENGTH: 145.7' (3.7M) OVERALL WIDTH: 59.8" (1.5M) OVERALL HEIGHT: 70.7" (1.8M) CARGO AREA: 93.5" X 55.5" X 10.5" (2.4M X 1.4 X 267 MM ) INSIDE CLEARANCE CIRCLE: 14'9"(4.5M) GROUND CLEARANCE: 6.3" (160MM) WEIGHT: 1741LB (790KG) WHEELBASE 78.7"(2M) WHEEL TREAD: FRONT 50" (1.3M) REAR 50" (1.3M), QUANTITY 1 each, OR EQUAL. All quotes will be evaluated on price, delivery and technical requirements. Before the offer?s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award. Please submit with your quote a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is confirming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government.
