Predominant Material: Titanium. Applicable to: F100/200/220/220E Engine Core module. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 15 DEC 2003. The anticipated award date will be 12 FEB 2004. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Norwood Precision Products Inc. (Cage code 11371), Arrow Gear Company (Cage code 28596), Pratt & Whitney (Cage code 52661), Precision Speed Mfg Co. (Cage code 56055), Ganar Industries Inc. (Cage code 57688). No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor is acceptable. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. FIRST ARTICLE REQUIRED. The reliability of this part is dependent upon establishing and maintaining effective process control; Quality cannot be inspected into this part. This item requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to assure that prospective offerors are capable of establishing and maintaining effective process control. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
