- The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 9 Contracting Office (90C), 3400 Lebanon Rd., Murfreesboro, TN is soliciting for Blood & Blood products to be supplied to the VA Medical Center, Laboratory Department, 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104 in accordance with the Statement of Work in the solicitation. The contract period will be for one year from January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2004 with two (2) one year options to renew. Requests for the solicitation must be made in writing by fax or email.
