- Request For Proposal (RFP) LTC032314015552, Solicitation Number SP0412-04-R-11378 proposes to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Corporate Contract for 10 sole source Panduit Corporation NSNs assigned to FSCs 5975 utilizing other than full and open competition. The NSNs proposed for this contract can be requested from the buyer Mimi Kirkland. Inspection and Acceptance will be on destination and origin basis and FOB will be on a destination basis to stock locations Tracy, CA (AQ5) and New Cumberland, PA (SNG). DSCR proposes to place all of the NSNs in the stock replenishment demand category, with established delivery schedules. None of the NSNs included in this population have Surge and Sustainment Requirements. The issue and closing dates for this procurement are December 17, 2003 and January 30, 2004 respectively. Note 26 applies to this procurement.
