- SOLICITATION IS COMMERICIAL, UNRESTRICTED, LUBRICATING OIL, AIRCRAFT TURBINE ENGINE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH MIL-PRF-23699F DATED MAY 21, 1997, TYPE HTS, TYPE II SHELF LIFE 36 MONTHS, QPL APPLIES, NATO CODE: O-156/O-154, 55 GALLON DRUM. QUANTITY OF 530 DR INCLUDING 100% OPTION, FOB DESTINATION, ORIGIN INSPECTION/GOVERNMENT LOT ACCEPTANCE TESTING REQUIRED, STOCK FOR RICHMOND, VA (SRG). QAP 196 APPLIES. ECONOMIC PRICE ADJUSTMENT AND PROGRESS PAYMENT PROVISIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED. ISSUE DATE IS 15 DECEMBER 2003 AND CLOSING DATE IS 12 JANUARY 2004.
