- NSN 2540-00-693-0744 Bow Assembly, Steel IAW drawing 19207 12441082-1 and all related drawings and specifications. Delivery shall be as follows: 8574 pieces to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA in 90 days. The basic contract quantity is 8574, option quantity is 4287. See numbered notes 1, 9 and 26. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 17 December 2003. The Small Business standard size is 750 employees. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS or SRWeb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 50% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combinations of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
