ANY SOURCE NOT WAIVED MUST PASS FIRST ARTICLE TEST. THIS IS AN UNRESTRICTED ACQUISITION. VARIOUS INCREMENTS SOLICITED: 500-1499; 1500-1999; 2000-2499; 2500-3000; also pricing for Surge and Sustainment: 336 each to be delivered/30 days; 314 each to be delivered/60 days; 360 each to be delivered/90 days; 17 to be delivered within 120 days; 17 to be delivered within 150 days and 17 to be delivered within 180 days. See note 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Indefinite Quantity Contract anticipated (1 yr. Basic/365 days), 2-one year options (730 days).
