- Description
- The Government intends to procure the following requirement: Production, storage and distribution for 63,840 lbs of High Purity Hydrazine (HPH). Under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(3) Industrial Mobilization, as implemented in FAR 6.302-3(b)(1)(v), this solicitation is limited to domestic production sources only; that is, ONLY firms which currently produce, or intend to produce, high purity hydrazine in the United States, or United States and Canada, will be considered in the evaluation and subsequent award of a contract for this requirement. Any award resulting from this announcement and subsequent request for proposal will be a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity F.O.B. Origin contract with a performance period from January 2005 ? January 2007. The RFP will be issued on or about 03 December 2003 with proposals due no later than 15 January 2004. The subject solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps Web page (www.fbo.gov). Only written, emailed, or faxed requests for solicitations received directly from the requestor are acceptable. Offers must be submitted in writing to the address stated herein. Email (.pdf files) or facsimile offers will be accepted, but must be submitted by the closing date and followed up by hard copy. Only offers from domestic sources (United States or United States and Canada) will be considered.
