- Description
- There has been a change in procedure and point of contact to obtain the ICHOR Appendix. The instructions are as follows: First, DARPA will make a determination of need-to-know. The contractor must show that, if they were selected to perform under ICHOR, they could indeed build and integrate a sensor of this complexity. Dr. Andy Hutchinson will make the determination of need-to-know. To confirm this, the contractor must prove that they have built and delivered another sensor of similar complexity, by providing DARPA with the program title, a paragraph description of the sensor, and the contact information of the government agent who took delivery of the sensor. DARPA will use this information to make the determination, and then will notify Mrs. Kaye Pulzone of the determination. Second, having received confirmation of need-to-know, Mrs. Kaye Pulzone will confirm that the contractor possesses the clearances required to obtain the document.
