Description

REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is interested in leasing a minimum of 11,000 square feet of rentable space on street level. Rentable must yield a minimum of 10,000 BOMA usable square feet of warehouse related space. Offers must be for space located in a quality building of sound and substantial construction and be within the square footage range to be considered. Space must be located in a commercial or industrial district in modern use. Storage areas shall have a minimum live load capacity of 250 pounds per square foot and able to accommodate a forklift. The space to be offered must be contiguous, without separation, on a single floor, at street level. The parking to square foot ratio available on-site must at least meet current local codes at no additional cost to the Government. A minimum number of parking spaces must be made available for the use by the Government to accommodate daily mail deliveries and pickups by 2 1/2 ton tractor-trailer trucks. One overhead truck door shall be provided for approximately every 5,000 square feet of space offered. Several truck doors shall be large enough to accommodate tractor-trailer size trucks.
