- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Charleston intends to award a sole-source modification to contract N65236-01-D-6813 with Northrop Grumman/PRB Systems of Hollywood, MD. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This modification will be issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, as the current contractor is the only known source available to satisfy the combination of on-going service requirements while meeting critical deadlines for on-going tasks. The proposed ceiling increase of approximately $5,500,000 will be sufficient to continue this work and allow sufficient time for award of a competitive, follow-on contract.
