- NA See Numbered Note 22. A 4-month Time and Materials contract for Demonstration Testbed Support for AN/VRC-99A Wideband Networking Radio, on a non-competitive basis,is proposed with BAE Systems, to perform any maintenance and adjustments on the AN/VRC-99A w ideband radio as necessary to keep the C4ISR networking testbed functional for testing/evaluation purposes and permit the Government to test and evaluate C4ISR systems and support subsequent phases to aid transition and eventual fielding of wideband radio networking systems, next generation networking protocols upgrades and modifications to C4ISR networking testbed facilities.
