- NA The contract will be a requirements type contract for a base year and one option year period. Estimated quantities per year include: remove existing carpet, bonded including surface scraping, 4250 sy; patching areas bonding agent concrete, 850 sf; remove e xisting vinyl base and transisiton strips, 1745 lf, install 28 oz carpet, direct glue down,3250 sy; install 30 oz carpet, direct glue down, 1000 sy; remove/install carpet staircase, 125 risers; install vinyl cove base, 4 inches, 750 lf; install vinyl cove base, 6 inches, 1750 lf; install preformed vinyl cove corners, 4 inch, 50 ea; install preformed vinyl cove corners, 6 inch; remove and replace/reinstall multi-seating arrangements, 200 hrs. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside and will be available only on the FedBizOpps website. The NAICS code is 442210, small business size standard $6M. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. You may register by calling 1-888- 227-2423 or via the internet at http:www.ccr2000.com. Offeors are cautioned that this is a requirements contract and work is sporadic, as and when called for by the Government with a minimum order requirement of $800.00. The contractor may be required to work weekends and/or holidays. The solicitation will be issued as a best value procurement. Responsible offerors may submit a proposal which will be considered.
