- NA The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services in support of White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The proposed contract is for one year with four one-year option periods. The local ex change service provider certified by the state of New Mexico PUC shall provide local commercial communication service for White Sands Missile Range, NM. Local communication service shall include as a minimum, but not limited to, local access for commerci al subscriber lines, directory number and number portability, a local exchange digital (ISDN PRI) trunk, and a data point-to-point circuit. All responsible sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are a large, small, dis advantaged, and/or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) under 517110. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordan ce with the format contained at FAR Part Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice for this solicitation; proposals are being requested via the Interactive Business Opp ortunities page.
