- Description
- Provide a full spectrum of emergency cardiology services to the VA Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida at contractor?s place of business. This solicitation is inclusive of all professional fees, as well as the use of the cardiac catheterization lab and/or operating room along with supplies, recovery room services, cardiovascular perfusion implantable hardware (stents, valves, etc), central services, per diem room rates for the length of the stay specified, pharmacy, clinical laboratory, blood bank, respiratory therapy, ECG/Cardiographics, radiology, surgical pathology, echocardiography and graphics. Physicians who provides any of the cardiac services outlined in this solicitation must be board certified in this specialty area by an American Board of Medical Specialty. NAICS: 622110 applies to this solicitation. The issue date for this RFP is on or about December 5, 2003. All requests for this solicitation must be in writing. Request may be mailed to the VA at the above listed address or faxed to (561) 882-6507. If faxed please call the contact above to follow up. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The closing date for the proposal submission is January 6, 2003 at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Soliciation is in accordance with FAR Part 12 & 15.
