- Description
- The Government intends to procure commercial item services under (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13) for dental lab services. The Contractor shall pick up prescriptions and impressions for denture crowns, bridges, denture frameworks, upper and/or lower, from the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. The Contractor shall fabricate denture frameworks in accordance with prescription specifications. The Contractor shall be a full service laboratory that could integrate the combined treatment needs of the prosthetic patient requiring simultaneous fixed, removable and implant supported prostheses. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 3, 2003, with offers due on or about December 17, 2003.
