- Synopsis: The VA MEDICAL CENTER, DAYTON OH is soliciting quotations to provide Training Education for the VAMC, Dayton and Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a firm fixed price 100 percent set-aside for small business. Period of performance is from Date of Award thru April 30, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about November 20, 2003. This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov./ Offerors should contact Michelle.ranes@mail.va.gov or (540) 842-4699 regarding any problems downloading the solicitation from the website.
