- Description
- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAr 13.5) to Andrew Visnansky of Tracey's Landing, MD to provide the following services to the Manufacturing and Construction Division, Bureau of the Census. Provide advice, assistance and training on the 2002 Economic Census data collection, processing, editing, analysis and dissemination. Task will include: assist in training and preparing division analysts in conducting the 2002 Economic Census data review; direct staff in 2002 Economic Census knowledge transfer endeavors; provide support to division staff in reviewing analytical review documents for micro and macro processing including imputation methodology; assist in the resolution of the NPC problem solving unit referrals; work with staff on integration and testing activities as they apply to editing and processing data and assist in analyst tabulation review training and publication dissemination activities including disclosure methodology. Period of performance will be through December 2004. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be issued.
