Contracting Officer: Barbara Walker, 804-279-2428. Issue date: Dec 5, 2003, Closing Date: Jan 5, 2004. Subject item is non- commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 37 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 1982 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 636 each. Surge is not included in this solicitation. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
